I went through the drive thru i had to repeat my order 5 times. I just order the $3 snacker sandwich. The cashier got a nasty attitude im not sure if she's always like that or just having a bad day. The sandwich was so bad I tried to finish it but the chiken was so dry I almost choked on it. Will never be coming back.

I just ordered a famous bowl and payed $2 more for extra chicken. I got home and only counted 5 pieces of chicken in my bowl. I called the store and let them know I had payed for extra chicken and didn't receive it. The employee was very kind and helpful and she informed me that she put three extra pieces of chicken in the plate. It would be nice if the store can inform the customer that you are paying $2 for three extra pieces of chicken which is ridiculous. I went through the drive-through. All I wanted was a breast and small mass potato. The cashier pushed the sale of a two piece meal. OK I agreed went to purchase. My meal, looked in the box. It was a small wing. I asked her about it she refused to change it KFC used to be nice and accommodating, but I guess they are not big on customer service anymore! PS no receipt that’s why it’s not in the picture…. This is an update as of September 27, 2024. I went back to that same establishment. The chicken is still dried out. The service is bad. They selling old chicken dried up chicken. I will post pict
