Every time I come to this particular place I always have to sit there and check my order EVERY TIME. I always have to walk in and get items missing from my order. So now I have to open up my burger to check if my burger is correct. I might as well sit in the parking lot and eat my food if I have to sit there and check it. My patty melt was missing onions. How does that happen? No other Whataburger has this issue.

I had a Free Bacon Wrangler Double Burger with the purchase of a Medium Fries & Medium Drink through the app. Arely approved my request to substitute milk instead of the Md. Drink. No problem toasting the buns, and giving me additional Veggies (Lettuce, Tomatoes, Pickles, and Onions) on the side for no extra charge. Elijah brought me my food. Juan & Jerrol helped. Great food today! Especially in the morning when breakfast was being served, had no time waiting in the drive thru, orders were handed out so quickly which was a first for me, I come to this whataburger every now and then but I noticed this employee Named Erik bring out my food for me in the lobby he always asks if I want condiments and I noticed when he had his hands full and wasn’t able to bring the condiment Tray, he made sure to come back and offer them, a moment after!
