It's a decent taco bell. i always go inside instead of drive thru so that I can get my own sauce and napkins plus lots of free forks and straws. A couple times I needed to go behind the counter to get a cup, this doesn't bother me I pay for a medium but I get a large cup if I'm ignored at the counter. My food is always correct and the employees are nice when they have time. I have almost no expectation of service at fast food places so if you just lower your expectations and make sure you get your sauce it's pretty good.

This place is insanely annoying. The owner/manager is pushing their employees to up-sell on everything. Anything you order they ask if you want add-ons. It's a bit ridiculous, you can't complete an order without hearing "would you like sour cream?" "would you like extra beef?" "would you like bacon?". It's worse than a car dealership. Up-selling can be a great tool when done right, but when it annoys customers you're just damaging your business. I just drive to other locations now.

It has been a while since I've been to fast food but I was shocked to see how intentionally uninviting the store was. It was really cold inside and the seating was painful to sit on. If they need more money you would think they would do everything to attract more families.

I got food poisoning from this location the other day. Still sick btw. I called to let them know that I did. And all he could tell me was he was gonna report it and I asked what and he couldn’t tell me what he was gonna report. And if you take your food precaution very seriously I wouldn’t be sick.
