Good place to go when low on cash. One of the most affordable places I found to eat while working in Cali. Was using the restroom when a homeless guy came in and started to take a sink bath. Staff was scared to ask him to leave. I felt very uncomfortable.

First time going to this Jack after the remodel. The place is obviously nice as it’s new but the food service is definitely questionable. Whoever prepared my burger either sat on it or stepped on it before placing it in the bag. I want the person responsible for this coached on how to treat people’s food. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Compare what is advertised to what I actually received. Didn’t even eat it because it made me wonder what else they did to it.
