Jersey Mike's is one of my safe foods. The crew at this store have always made it perfect, I mostly do delivery. I was surprised and shocked that not once but twice when I went in-store to order they had recognized my order and they were all so wonderful. It was so nice to meet the lovely people behind my sandwiches. I am so grateful for everything they do including replacing my sandwich multiple times cause the delivery driver stole my food. Thank you all so much!!! Stay awesome!!

Came in on 5/15/26 around 11:45 AM to pick up an order. I didn’t catch her name, but she had several small tattoos, specifically on the back of her arm, and was making sandwiches when I arrived. Unfortunately, her attitude toward customers came across as sarcastic and unwelcoming. Explained to her that a drink order was a mistake and if I can replace it for someone who was pregnant and was given a dirty look and attitude. I brought a Sub and soda and 2 chips. When I went to pour my soda she said “oh yeah it’s broken. So I was able to purchase a fountain drink knowing it was broken. I gave the cup back and asked for a refund. Which I was given a receipt not clear enough to read. Zuleiisa said my refund should be back into my account 2-4 days. When I asked her to write down her name so I can call back in 4 days it changed to 5-7 business. If this is you standard refund policy it is a terrible one.

The sandwiches were good, and the restaurant clean. But, parking was a little rough as it is in a busy shopping center. But, the workers were not smiling. So, I realize that smiles are not required for good service and good food. But, I hate to think I'm giving money to a company that isn't creating good jobs. Maybe I'm being unreasonable, but I do think customer facing workers should smile so the experience is good for all.
