I went in today to pick up my phone order, on one of my drinks I requested I requested no whipped cream and almond milk, when the drinks where ready I noticed that the one I requested w had traces of whipped cream I kindly asked if they can remake it because the person it was for was lactose, the girl said (with attitude) "it doesn't have it!" i then informed her I see traces of whipped cream that was removed but traces where clearly still on it, right away the girl rolled her eyes and said "i'll just remake it" ( with bad attitude) one of the other baristas seemed to noticed the conflict and
