These guys do a fabulous fantastic job. They made a mistake with not adding mayo which makes the whole burger imo, made up for it, then I came back, forgot that they already took care of me and they made up for it again plus some. Stellar service, the manager here really knows how to work hard and to take care of people. Jr bacon cheese burgers. 🍔

Me and my son came through the drive-through late at night. We haven’t ate here before so we’re trying to see what we wanted off the menu that did not set well with the ladies working. there is no one in front of us or behind us or we would’ve just pulled to side.. pretty sure this is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had… and purposely mess with people’s food is pretty disturbing! this was supposed to be a deluxe cheeseburger with no onions? and we couldn’t figure out what the red thing was or the twig thing came from…

Staff was nice, and I’m sure other things are good here- personally wouldn’t recommend the salads. They are half the size they used to be and the price has gone up. To add, they now have a limit on how many sauces you can have, which was the main reason I used to go here instead of McDonald’s. Maybe I should switch things up lol. Other than that, food was pretty good, line went by quick. Very convenient and menu has lots of good options.

Online order and I usually add 2 sauces. One bbq and one sweet and sour. I told them I forgot to add it and if I could get those two please. Lady at the window got mad and seemed like she was having a bad day. She said it'd be 50 cents each, even though I ordered multiple nuggets and like I said, in the app I'm able to add both always and they're always free, I just forgot to that day. On top of all this, my nuggets were supposed to be spicy but they gave me the regular ones which I don't like the taste of. The fries were cold and stale. The burgers we got were also very badly put together. I
