I ordered a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese. Easy enough. I get delivered an onion bagel with strawberry cream cheese. And it was not even toasted. This is absolutely disgusting. This place’s quality has gone down the drain. Won’t be back. Added a pic so you could see this lil onions and that I’m not lying. Gross.

Store and food has gone to hell. The bagels quality has gotten horrible. I wrote an email to the corporate office and never got a response. Brueggers used to be jammed 7 days a week. Now they have removed all the tables and there is never a line. Why would there be with the quality of food and lack of caring about their customers. Just look at the outside of the store. And to top it off..... they got rid of Bacon Scallion creme cheese.

We stopped in the Goodman-Monroe Bruegger’s location for a bagel and coffee. Janet greeted us and took our order-and could not have been any nicer! So bubbly and helpful .The store was clean and welcoming-the food was great! We will definitely be stopping back to this location-it was a wonderful experience!
