I ordered through DoorDash expecting a decent meal, but the experience was really disappointing 😕🍔 My burger arrived burnt, which already ruined the food quality. On top of that, I asked if they could make a blue raspberry lemonade since it wasn’t listed on the app. I even offered to pay full price for it through my dasher, but they still refused and handled the situation very rudely. I completely understand policies and app limitations, but there was no reason to be so unprofessional about a simple request 🙄 Customers should be treated with respect, especially when they’re willing to pay

The food here is terrible now! This use to be one of my fav fast food places and now one of the worst! The food has changed alot. My kids quickly say no when I ask them if they want this food. Burgers always burnt or salty and fries cooked too long and hard. Wasted money because as you can see from the pic burger burnt, we threw all the food away very disappointing!!

This places sucks! I went in two days ago and spent 16 dollars on two meals, the kids grilled cheese was wet, soggy, with the wrapping broken from how wet it was with water? The sandwich was inedible and the cheese was not fully cooked or something, they messed up my order of fries and told me they had no cheese fries?? My grilled cheese had lettuce bits through it and the other meal had no fries, the wrong toppings on the burger and on top of it all we waited 20 minutes to receive our food while we were the only customers in the restaurant.
