Food was decent, won't be a must go to every time I visit NY and think of getting a bite to eat. Stew Chicken was kind of tough, my sister who lives not too far from there had mentioned the same thing from a previous purchase.. I will say the pasta salad is their saving grace though(that would be the only reason, I return to this establishment)

I normally go to halal bros next door so I decided to try the jerk chicken with rice and peas from CJ Cafe. I also ordered mac and cheese. They call it mac and cheese pie. I waited 5-8 minutes before anyone took my order. Which in my opinion no one should wait that long if it isn't busy. Regardless customer Service needs improvement. There were other lady's behind the counter but I waited till a young girl finished her meal...(maybe she was on break), there should be a back up. Now Back to the food...the chicken tasted old, rice was soo bland ...mac and cheese was decent . I ended up giving

Amazing reception girl, amazing service. The whole team is very welcoming and warm. Best Jamaican food I ever eaten. I got the curry goat, melts in my mouth and makes me sleepy, it’s perfect.

Beware the medium size order is really a small. Spoke to the person at the front and customer service is poor. I explained I've been a customer for over a year and always order medium and food is much less and she said it always been the same. Unfortunately I don't have the option to post pictures.
