Stopped here on new years eve around 730pm. Went in and ordered a burger, some bacon tater tots and a kids burger. No other customers and 1 in the drive thru. It was VERY obvious nobody working wanted to be there, which is understandable but you still have to do your job. 19 minutes went by and no food. I FINALLY got someone's attention and asked for my money back. The guy said I have to get my manager. I was shocked a manager was there. She came out of the office and just asked for my receipt, didn't ask why or if she could fix the situation. Refunded my money printed the receipt and

I visited this location during lunch and ordered the BBQ Whopper. Halfway through eating, I found something very strange inside the meat patty. I’ve attached pictures so you can see for yourself — it looks like a piece of cartilage or bone with tissue still attached. This was very concerning and completely ruined my meal. Quality control like this should never happen, especially at a major chain. I couldn’t finish the burger, and honestly, I don’t think anyone would feel safe eating it after seeing this. Most of the time, the food has been on point. No complaints. The speaker didn't work once, but they repaired it by the time i returned. This location is a keeper.

Every time I come here in the morning, it is always a problem. This morning they are refusing to take orders. It is 0630, lights on, and no one will come and take any orders. The last time I came, I had to call through the intercom a few times before someone came to take my order.
