Good customer exp but greeting at window was much delayed as lr drive thru clerk was busy and le front counter clerk !! Also these receipts I tried to scan but wouldnt accept barcode! Checked in App where info for survey but all receipts suppose to scan code or input manually since this location has no survey barcode at front bottom of transaction info with code of #s to input manually ! Theres NO CODE MO BARCODE NO TRANS CODE AT ALL !! BUT OVERALL CLEAN INTERIOR AND RESTROOM PLUS HAS OUTLETS TO CHARGE A PHONE UNLIKE SOME FASTFOOD CHAINS !!

My experiences the last couple of times I purchased food at this location were very disappointing 😔. On Apr 05 26, I ordered the Nachos bell grande. Nothing about grande 😕, the beans, meat and cheese portions were verily there and the chips were not fresh at all! I wonder if the owners take the time to check the quality of their products often and if they are making the serving portions smaller? 🤷🏽‍♀️. Just one more dissatisfied - dissapointed customer 😞.

The new owners of this restaurant need to make changes, most Everyone like tacos ,It would be great if they were made correctly,to made make customers happy,when they don't ,more profits is going in there pockets, also keep DINNING room clean and especially the restroom!!!!!! Boycotting the restaurant is that what needed to be done to fix the problem!!!!!!!!!!!! Maybe they need to closed up for a few days to retrain the Employee of the store , Restaurant must make changes immediately!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went there with my wife today. The woman working the drive thru was very rude to my wife. They forgot an item. Then when I went back in for said item. I was tood that I had an attitude problem. Food was a little cold and there was no tortilla for crunchwraps at 12 in the afternoon. 0 star service from mean, bitter, lazy women
