Visited during Arlington’s 2025 Restaurant Week and had a great experience. The atmosphere was modern and inviting, and service was quick and attentive. We tried the tuna tartare nachos, garlic shrimp, and potato gnocchi to start, each dish was flavorful and well executed. The seabass was flaky and perfectly paired with a sweet squash sauce, the tuna entrée was fresh and distinct from the tartare, and the Wagyu burger was juicy, flavorful, and much larger than expected. We're returning customers (frequency visit if we're able to get a reservation). The service is always good, although the tables are very close to each other's. Special thanks to the Caesar. I've seen him several times and he's always nice, accommodating, and just genuinely bring a good vibe. For whatever reason, the food today is spot on (Jan 28th). However, they ran out of two cocktails on their menu (captain, and another drink due to lacking passion fruit liquor) Highly recommend Salt if you're able to get a reservation.
