It's actually pretty impressive how every single food item I ordered managed to arrive cold and took over an hour to get to me. The pie saying "caution hot" while being closer to the temperature of an ice block was very laughable. I also had to microwave the food.

This review is specifically about Kimmy the night manager. She is hands down the nicest and most accommodating McDonalds employee ever!! Thank you so much!! She went above and beyond helping me get out of a real crappy situation. She made sure that I was able to get help while stranded due to car trouble and let me barrow her personal jumper cables. So thankful!!

It has become impossible to place an order in the drive through with the new people working the window. Having an accent is never an issue, but not even being able to understand or speak English enough to take an order is causing the lines to back up everytime and people to leave the line out of frustration. Please change the people at the window for a better customer experience.

Craving french fries and McDonalds are reliable to me when it comes to good fries. Whenever I go inside it brings me back to childhood and meals with my own kids. Ordered from the kiosk though and food was ready pretty quickly.
