If you're serious about sushi seriously make a reservation now. Monkey 68 nailes it every time, sushi is always fresh, presentation is on point and staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The craft cocktails are also perfectly balanced and so tasty. I recommend making a reservation but we were able to sit at the sushi bar right away ( party of 2). The atmosphere is classy but it can be loud in the main dining area. In good weather the patio is where you want to be. Highly recommend for an impressive date night or special occasion dinner. You have to use the valet to park at the restaurant as park

Maybe my new favorite spot. The yellowtail shots were OUTSTANDING! The smoked Toro app was perfection, and the 68 roll was our favorite of the rolls- but they were all fantastic. To top it off, Luna was the most attentive and sweetest server. I can’t wait to go back!

My husband and I have been dining at the Monkey 68 in downtown Roswell for many years, and it really never disappoints. The sushi is always extremely fresh, the vibes are strong and the service is excellent. They have indoor and outdoor dining options along with valet which makes it easy to park on Green Street Our favorite rolls are: Picante, Lady in Red and She-Sho fresh. We also love the Brussels sprouts appetizer. I really enjoy their unfiltered sake options and the laughing horse cocktail is amazing. We will always continue to come back here!

The sushi was really good! I especially liked the yellowtail jalapeño shots and the salmon belly spoons. My favorite roll was the Picante roll, and the lychee martini was great too. The only thing that could use some improvement is the atmosphere. The lighting felt a little harsh, and it would be nice if it were warmer with some music playing. We sat toward the back where it was super quiet, and you could easily hear other people’s conversations and vice versa. Overall, the food and drinks were amazing, and I’d definitely come back just for the sushi!
