This is the third time in a row we’ve received cold food from this Burger King. Everything-from the fries to the Whopper—was ice cold. Today was especially bad. We ordered the new SpongeBob meal and a plain Whopper, and this is how it came. Not only was it covered in mayo and completely wrong, but it was cold to the touch and the bun was soggy and falling apart. It was honestly disgusting. We held off on leaving a review before, but this was the last straw. The service has gone downhill, the wait times keep getting longer, and the food quality has clearly dropped. Compared to the staff they used to have its much improved. Former employees didn't wear gloves and handled the food with bare hands. They would throw things around and yell at the manager. When I complained to the manager all he said was I'm taking care of your order. I told him if that was me I would have fired those employees on the spot! I recently went back because I was tight on time and it was completely different. The employees seemed happy they were wearing gloves and the food was fresh and filled my order fast and made the way I asked. I recommend going here. My apologies. The revi

Food was not hot as it was 3.99 whopper day. Coke was flat dinning room dirty drive thru slow had to go inside. As i have multiple sclerosis was bad for me. drive thru so backed up. Fries soggy. No sprite available. Next time i go to wendys. Nice customer helped me to my car. Drive dirty and people will literally run you over. Disabled people dont go there. Not disabled doors or anything. Notice on here owner Michael Gould only responds to good reviews! Very sad
