December 6th at around 10:35 PM, I went to Jack in the Box and started to place my order. The person who answered had a very loud and rushed voice. He let me know that the wait time was going to be 30 to 40 minutes, and I said, “Okay, that’s fine, no problem.” I was completely willing to wait. He clearly told me it would be 30–40 minutes, and that was fine with me. However, he sounded extremely rushed and rude, and I’m not an impatient or demanding person, about two weeks ago, when I came around the same time, they told me, “We are only taking DoorDash orders,” which also bothered me, but I tr

This is an ok location for the chain. Service is good. Food is good enough. Ketchup packets were sticky with honey and had to clean them before using. The convience store attached is closed, so at least there is plenty of parking and no traffic blocking the drive through.

I arrived at the establishment to place my order, and the brunette lady (I do not know her name) did not want to assist me. She looked at me and simply ignored me, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe that all customers deserve courteous and professional service. I hope you can take this situation into consideration.
