What a scam, we drove from Rockwall to Rowlett to buy some chicken. We drove through the drive thru to get our food, we paid for an eight piece meal with 2 sides. They gave us all dark meat which is cheaper and 1side and charged us $33.90. We did not know what they had done until we made it home. I have tried to call them numerous times to let them know about the mistake, they will not answer the phone.Would not recommend this place, they are not a honest business !

Terrible experience with the manager Carlos yesterday. Came in and purchased almost $70 worth of chicken for my family. Was then told after my purchase that they didn't have enough chicken to complete my order. Asked for a refund and was denied and told I would have to call corporate for a refund. Walked out without any chicken and am now out almost $70. Based on the reviews, it seems this place is always out of chicken, which makes sense when nearly 3 hours before closing time, the machines were off, and the store looks like this. Came during a rain storm to take cover with my kids. Got some crispy chicken, biscuits and drink.Everything was hot and flavorful. The manager was so kind.

Mgr wouldn't give us a side of gravy. Most times potatoes r dry and gravy evaporated. Tried to buy 20 box with 4 mashed potatoes but let us leave with nothing. Hope they don't close. Went to chicken Express with a line. Sad
