Let me start out by saying we drove up to pick up our mobile order and the door was locked! It was more than 30 minutes till 10. We ordered 2 TOASTED sandwiches and they were both not toasted, the cheese was not even melted the slightest, and our sandwiches weren’t cut. I guess the phone call/FaceTime call was more important. Huge disappointment, we ordered at this location by mistake and boy was it.

I had a great experience at Subway thanks to Kia. She was super friendly, patient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. You can tell she really cares about customer service and takes pride in her work. The sandwich was made perfectly and everything was fresh. It’s always nice coming across someone with such a positive attitude. I’ll definitely be coming back!
