Busy restaurant with a wide array of food offerings. Overall enjoyable with some ups and downs. The mussels were great and so was the seafood platter, however salads were a letdown, with closing dressings that wilted the greens too quickly and under seasoned hanger steaks. The onion soup was lacking a deep and rich flavor. Our waiter Daniel was gracious and professional, despite some of our party members being a little tricky to deal with. Menu is spiked with numerous spelling mistakes. Should not happen for a restaurant of this caliber.

I’ve been to Rubi’s twice in two weeks. The first was for a graduation dinner for my daughter with 10 people and then last night with my family. My server, Alex, blew my mind by remembering my name and my exact order from the time before. He’s awesome. Food is amazing. Great atmosphere. Love that I found this little gem in Rye. It’s a must try! The deviled eggs, crab cake and calamari apps are soo good!

Such a cute little place! Just stumbled upon it and so glad we did. The fish was cooked to perfection, the oysters delicious and the sticky toffee pudding, YUM. We ordered a dozen oysters to start and our lovely server suggested 2 of each. That was perfect as we were able to try side by side and pick which was our favorite. The whole vibe was lovely there.
