It took 15 mins for a togo order they're back there, talking i don't understand whatever happened to fast food because they only have one speed here. So if you're in a hurry for lunch, don't stop no customer courtesy at all.

Ordered door dash, order completely wrong. NO straws or napkins. When I contacted manager she said its not her problem she's busy! Find a job more your pace like feeding sloths.

The person who took my order had problems hearing me at first. I repeated myself 3 times, which is irritating. I was enjoying my food until I found a long hair in my cheese burger. So gross. I don't even want to go back to get a fresh burger or a refund 🤢

Had a very annoying order experience. Was in the drive-thru, but they didn’t have a screen that showed what I was ordering. The issue comes when I try to order a meal, and then ask to customize the burger, and then they mistake that as another meal. I notice this when they say the cost is $20, and I try to ask why my order is twice what it should be, but the service didn’t point out that I had ordered two meals. I was stuck frustrated that a simple order was becoming so complicated because of poor communication, and was uncomfortable by this so I just said “sure,” and paid for two meals I didn
