i just ate the best taco bell of my life. everything was hot, delicious, fresh, and correct. even the soda was good. i had to wait 15 minutes but i don't even care because it was so good. whoever is in the kitchen back there needs a raise

Every time I go here no matter what time or how many cars 15+ minutes. They back up the whole drive thru for big backs ordering 50$ plus, instead of having you pull forward everyone just waits! Manager claims it policy but there’s no way customers should have to wait consistently in your drive thru, again it’s not a one or two time bad night thing it’s every single time, you can never be in a rush here. Service is very hit or miss either wonderful or you’re just a burden for being there. Food is always good and orders are accurate but the wait time has become unbearable:( guess I’ll find a new

This is the slowest Taco Bell … came at 9:30 pm … none of the staff greets you !! There so busy having conversations, they will leave the dashers standing in lobby over 30 mins ….. drive through line wrapped through parking lot !!! Very poor on work ethics ! I’m disappointed in the whole staff

They’re extremely lazy. I come pick up a DoorDash at 12:30 am and they’re mad that they have to work. Here’s an idea don’t apply for a place that’s open late. You applied for the job. You should be complaining to yourself. Manager was complaining with the workers. It’s by far the worst service in the macomb area and I’ve been to multiple Taco Bell’s to pick up orders. Lazy, unprofessional and rude.
