Ruth checked on us multiple times throughout our meal and helped us get a better deal than what we were planning on ordering! Wow I hadn't Been to Fazolis in Year's. What was I thinking? Our Cashier slash waitress. Did an amazing Job. Food was Crazy Hot and fresh. Brought everything out. And gave extras. What a great experience. Definitely will be back. I would Highly recommend dine in and try the Lunch special for $6.99 with all-you-can-eat Bread sticks.

We called in an order and picked it up through the drive-through. First of all the order was incorrect, when we tried to explain ourselves that our order was incorrect the young man got very hateful, but other staff stepped in and took over. Our lemonade taste like water and when we told him that we got a new lemonade that taste like water. We used to enjoy eating her. We no longer enjoy it. The food is of poor quality and it used to be so good. This isn’t the first time our orders been messed up and we live quite way away so we have to drive back if we want our order fixed.
