I have been a customer of theirs for a long time and i've been using the men's bathroom while i'm there. I've noticed that the bathroom has not been cleaned for at least three weeks. There's trash all over the place.It smells like pee and it's disgusting. I'm just wondering if the bathroom is that bad how would the inside of the restaurant look where the public cannot see. I contacted sonic two times in the last week about the cleanliness of the bathroom and nothing had happened. Honestly the worst sonic I’ve ever been to & I visited this location for the first time. Never again & wouldn’t recommend. My simple order was completely messed up & given items not even close to what I had ordered. aside from that; I WAITED FOR THE FOOD & IT WAS LITERALLY COLD! My drink was missing customizations no big deal since it was a promo. This location was not noticeable from traffic as all the lights were out after sun down.

I’ve been on a local fast food tour all throughout St. Peter’s this last month In this place has been the second worst out of about 10 places. I ordered a double cheeseburger combo with fries, a cherry limeade, and a Frito burrito. I ate the burrito first and ended up being the only thing edible. Both the burger and fries were as cold as they can be. They must’ve been sitting for a half an hour before they got to me so cold they were. Neither were even edible. Even the cherry limeade had about a quarter of the ice that it should have. $17 down the shitter. Avoid this place.

Did a mobile order, and tell me why my drink was literal sparkling toilet water with a essence of berry, and my friends cherry limeade was lacking the cherry and the lime and didn’t have any taste of sprite also when I go back in my app after picking up my order it says all items unavailable… care to explain why that was not said before I purchased or when picking up. I usually don’t leave reviews but this sucked! All I wanted was my berry citrus refresher.
