Went to order the Luxe deals and the cashier lady say I had to order online to get the deal. I tried to download the app and she didn't give me the opportunity and rushed me to get out of line. No customers service and I also look up on the taco bell online to see if you have to order online and talked to corporate and they confirmed that you don't have to order online and can be order thru drive thru or in store.The cashier name is Candelaria G. She might be instructed to say this to customers because her upper management doesn't want to honor the order. Corporate is going to investigate this

When I tell you I ordered a cheesy gordita crunch here today, know that what I got wasn't even a gordita. It was a hardshell taco wrapped in a soft taco tortilla and held together with nacho cheese instead of melted cheese, and utterly devoid of Baja sauce. The other two things I ordered were wrong, too. If I didn't know any better, I'd say this was even intentionally done poorly in order to get poor reviews - disatisfied employees, maybe? Well, if so, wish granted.
