I’m writing to share a deeply disappointing experience I had this morning at your Innes Street location. I specifically chose to visit because the Hot Light was on, hoping to create a small but memorable birthday moment for my daughter. In the past, I’ve associated Krispy Kreme with warm, welcoming service and little acts of kindness that make visits feel special. Unfortunately, today was the complete opposite. I placed an order through the mobile app during the Hot-N-Now time slot. When I picked up the box, it didn't feel warm, but I assumed that was due to the drive home. Once I opened it, I realized the doughnuts were not fresh and tasted old. If I'm spending $19 on doughnuts advertised as Hot-N-Now, I would expect them to be freshly made the same day. I wanted to share this feedback so it can be addressed.

They are having a promotion that is buy one dozen get an original glazed for $2. I was told its for reward membership which I have. She wouldn't honor it. Because I didn't have the app. I understand installed the app due to it not working. In the past they just do the promotion anyway. She was also very rude for no reason. Maybe I was the recipient bc someone else made her mad 😠 short lady with facial hair. I dont know her name

A boringly decorated shop. My donuts were pulled out of racks, not from the case and we're not very fresh. BUT, they're my favorite doughnut brand so, I ate them all anyway. The filling in the filled donuts was skimpy but the apple filled made up for it
