Stopped in drive-thru one rainy night last week. I asked the young lady if I could have mustard. She handed me one pack of mustard 😂 I asked if I could have one more. She said I could not because I didn’t order food there. Which I understood, but for my convenience I offered to pay for the mustard. She declined & replied “we don’t sell mustard.” Which was funny. I pulled off to avoid giving her the response she desperately was looking for. It’s never that serious love! I feel horrible, the waitresses was so sweet I gave her a big cash tip she was Not the issue ! The card machine didnt work and she actually had to say to me please dont leave before I come back 😔 like this world is so horrible that people just drive off with out paying 😢 while I waited another car pulled in complaining about the food they got, my burger was ok but my tots had a grease taste. My coke was carbon not coke, and my slush was not sweet. They definitely need to fix some things. And I hate that because their are only a few sonics left around here. Absolute worst service I’ve ever received. I have only written two reviews in my life before this one. I don’t like to bash places, but this place would be better off if it were ran by toddlers. At least then the terrible service would be justified. I went to the drive thru and they had trouble hearing me, so I went to the front. Then they copped an attitude when I kept correcting what they were relaying to me. My friend was leaning against the outside table and a lady walked out here and yelled at him to get down. He was confused so he didn't immediately listen, so she snapped again and said "If I have to ask you again, I'm gonna tell you to leave." My friend moved but we were all incredibly frazzled by the situation. We had also already paid for our food, so we were going to be incredibly upset if she had us leave without it. Luckily, we were given the food but by a different worker. The hostile environment was incredibly uncomfortable. Do not recommend.
