Dennys is my favorite restaurant when it comes to their chicken bacon ranch handheld. It’s the same thing I order every time. I went to this one today and was disappointed by what they gave me. It wasn’t even close to what I was expecting and the chicken was so small. There wasn’t even any bacon in my sandwich nor was there ranch in the actual sandwich and I didn’t bother asking for them to fix it because I’m pregnant and hungry. I came the city for a conference on Nov. I find this restaurant offering a comfortable atmosphere with simple food. Somehow the restaurant reminds me of the old and warm time with my grandma and grandpa. The service is of friendliness, kindness, and humanity. The restaurant is not fancy at all. The food is also not fancy at all. But somehow the atmosphere, the food, and the service staff together made me feel calm and comfortable.

(because Kimmie earned it) Stopped in at Denny’s this morning with my coworker Joseph while in San Antonio. Our waitress, Kimmie, was excellent. She made sure our food was cooked exactly how we wanted it and even took the pancakes back to get them right. Friendly, attentive, and great customer service. If you’re passing through, hope you get served by her.

3am breakfast after walking the river walk. Akiera was our waitress and had amazing and excellent service!!! She got the cook to make a custom grand slam burger which was requested jokingly; However, she absolutely came through with an amazing and delicious burger. 10/10 service from her and 10/10 food from the chef!! Truly completed a great night!
