We googled breakfast ideas walking distance from our hotel & came across Domingo’s, the atmosphere was nice, we sat outside and enjoyed the area. Mexican corn and Churro waffles were delicious! Venetia was great and manager JP welcomed us, he was pretty cool!

We visited for breakfast during our stay in San Antonio and had a pleasant experience. The restaurant itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location overlooking the River Walk, making it a great place to start the day. The open-air setting and riverside atmosphere are definitely part of the appeal. The breakfast menu was good, but after looking at their lunch offerings, I honestly felt the lunch menu seemed even more exciting and tempting.

In town for a two day business meeting and I found Domingo on Google maps with stellar reviews. Let me say, this place doesn’t disappoint! The signature margaritas, corn elote, and taquitos were all incredibly delicious. My server Jem made sure to take good care of me, and although I was in the bar area alone, she checked on me often and never let the busier tables take her attention away from my experience. I definitely recommend this restaurant for amazing food and a great experience.

Maybe it’s what I ordered but I expected more from all the reviews. I ordered the salad for an entree that’s on the starter list. My server said chicken was grilled and double marinated. Chicken was cold and bland. Tomatoes mushy (see photo) and the whole salad lacked seasoning and flavor. Salad presentation was fun as it’s stacked in a glass cylinder and then released in the bowl. Chips were cold, basic and didn’t seem house made. We didn’t care for the salsa which was very smooth. My husband ordered the enchiladas and that dish was tasty.
