I’ve always loved Chick-fil-A, but my experience today at this location was THE WORST. I accidentally placed a mobile order to the wrong store and instead of helping me resolve it, the manager Colby was completely dismissive and made no effort to find a solution, simply stating there was "nothing he could do." I eventually handled it myself by calling the other store, but when I re-ordered my food with Colby, he still managed to mess up the order (left off the bacon I PAID FOR). Between the lack of hospitality and the incorrect food, this was a total fail. It felt like a lack of basic effort

It’s always a pleasure eating at Chick fil a, and this location made our food taste fantastic! Happy with the service and quick drive thru, I would recommend this location. Ultimately where else are you going to get these bomb waffle fries and a perfect chicken sandwich?

This is the worst Chick-fil-A ever been to. Obviously it's a location for the tourists to the mall. Explains why so vacant at this loca. you live around here, just skip it. It All started with n attitude at the counter. Next didnt bring the food to my table n when i asked just a simple mistake as an excuse. No apologies whatsoever. Just looking back at me eerily. denied on refills of my coffee.

Excellent customer service! Team Leader Diego was so friendly and helpful! He even introduced us to a new sauce! (Try the honey mustard BBQ)... So many employees working non stop makes the wait almost non existent... Great system for drive through, pick up and walk in ordering... And who doesn't love the food here?!?!
