Rude person at check out should not be working with people. Been coming here for a while never had a bad experience until today. Didn't even want to interact with bad attitude girl so I ordered through the app. Asked for a name . She would not give it.

Ordered 3 del tacos there were all smashed melted like its been sitting there for 3 hours already made. No cheese lettuce in one of them at all. The other two were very minute for a baby. Very dissappointing as Lazy customer service big time. They were not made with cheese lettuce tamato filled up at all like usual. I was shicked this was at 2am morning

Had the worst experience on the drive-through ordering being helped by Daniel with glasses he refuse to explain the choices of my coupon with a rude tone, threatened me that if I didn’t move out the drive-through he would call the cops instead of him, focusing on helping me He was more worried about getting the line out of the drive-through mind you it was just one person behind me also I I’m sure Daniel made my burrito bc it was a total disaster. Messing with people’s food should never be OK. I work for customer service and people like him should not be nowhere near helping others.

Was just there & ordered the #1 in the drive-thru and at the window the person was NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!!!! Wednesday 5/27 around 5:35pm. I’ve been going here for YEARS!!! Worst customer service from that person at the window! Unfortunately, I don’t have a name because they didn’t give me the receipt, probably because I told them they were NOT friendly!
