Popped in to Zuni Cafe on a Thursday evening and there were plenty of tables available. The first thing I noticed was how hot the restaurant was, easily above 75 degrees so it was a bit uncomfortable. I started with the fresh lime margarita. It was okay, nothing special and I wouldn’t recommend it. Then my caesar salad came. The croutons were incredible, lots of parm and fresh lettuce. I enjoyed it a lot! The shoestring fries took over 25 minutes to come out. Massive portion, they were salty and the aioli was good. They charge extra for the aioli, they definitely needed it. The service was

Had a fantastic experience at Zuni Café. The service was outstanding—attentive without being overbearing, and the staff really know the menu and guide you well. The food absolutely lives up to the reputation. The roasted chicken is a must—perfectly crisp skin, incredibly juicy, and packed with flavor. The rib eye was equally impressive, cooked spot on and elevated by a rich, well-balanced peppercorn sauce that added just the right amount of depth without overpowering the meat. And don’t leave without trying the chocolate cake—pair it with ice cream and it’s the perfect finish to the meal. O

It was my first time here (but my husband’s nth time). He was raving about their chicken but we had no time to wait for it (75 minutes cooking/waiting time for this) so we ordered something else. He ordered the olives and pizza, burger for me, and shoe string pizza for our daughter. The pizza looked good and my husband loved it. I tasted the olives but didn’t care for it. The hamburger was moist but lacked flavor (not well seasoned) - other cheaper burger options are far better than this. The highlight of the meal was surprisingly the shoestring fries - its simplicity was just great. The ser

This place has a lot of potential, ambience and interior are great. Staff seem good. However, the menu sounds promising but underdelivered; the food is overpriced and mid at best. $4.50 oysters on ice cubes (not crushed ice), cold bread and butter (making it unspreadable), and the salad and entree seemed like something you could make at home with basic ingredients. Mandatory 25% tip too which is ridiculous!
