I went thru the drive through. To be honest fast food is just fast food. My difficulty came up when i tried to order with the dang AI. After FOUR attempts I started to drive away and a young man asked me to drive through at his window. Maybe its me but to spend $10-$15 to speak to an AI and have the employee say heres your order thank you for coming. AI is the worst customer service possible. I understand its corporates way of cost cutting but its tacky. Sorry Burger King but its not just you. Blessings

Instead of making me park my car in the front in the Drive-Thru you should just put speakers in your parking lot so we could just park and order because really what's the point of your drive through if you're going to make us Park.

Hi, I got a triple whopper, A original chicken sandwich, and new garlic dipping sauces for my order. I checked my order and my OCS is not there. On the app, it does not allow me to add 3 chesses, so I had to go inside and ask. They did that and got my OCS. I got home, and I see no new tots, no garlic sauces, and no halfsies. Order was wrong and this place had an AI for the drive-thru?!

-Update- I was able to receive a response from corporate as no one from this location bothered to try and remediate the situation. Based on the lack of responses to multiple complaints in the reviews, I can't say I am surprised. -Original Posting- My order was made incorrectly multiple times. The team member was very unprofessional in their approach. The app displays items the store does not carry and the workers just seem to laugh or give off rude responses when asked about it.
