Hosted my friend’s surprise mini Bach in the Backroom where we had DJs play his favorite music while we celebrated the groom. I worked with Michael who informed me of all included amenities and provided me with the initial quote. He and his team were very easy to work with and were accommodating to our needs on the day of. We were able to customize the lighting and layout of the Backroom thanks to their help and our guest overall had a wonderful experience. Before the surprise we used their PC rentals were well maintained and easy to use. I would highly recommend hosting events with Guildhouse

SUCH a FUN place and concept! Super casual, friendly, and GREAT place for get togethers. Had a great time playing a new board game with friends and family. So many games to choose from and was fun to see the gaming room with everyone enjoying themselves. There's a place for everyone here!

I went to check out this place for my first time. I saw the great hall was sectioned off for an event but online it said the Parlor would be open. On the website it said it would be a limited drink menu, but when my party and I approached the bartender we were approached in a nonprofessional manner. Basically gave us attitude that she wasn’t going to serve and didn’t let us tell her this is our first time. We left immediately and I can’t tell anyone to go based on that horrible first impression.

Staff gave my ID to someone who looks nothing like me on sunday the 24th. No one has contacted me or updated me except for Tri and shes not even the manager. I wasnt even told who messed up. This is unacceptable and very unprofessional. I have no ID now and no one helping me with my situation. :( Update: They helped me out and were very quick about it, thank you so much guild house!!♡♡
