​We celebrated our birthday here recently, and it was an absolutely incredible experience! The restaurant’s recent renovation looks spectacular—it’s much more spacious now, with beautiful lighting and the same great vibes as always. ​The food was phenomenal and perfect for sharing. The falafels and hummus were delicious starters, and the Shirin rice was just too good! We visited this Persian restaurant and the experience was amazing. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful — elegant, cozy, and welcoming. The service was incredibly pleasant from the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind and attentive. And the food… truly leaves you speechless. My husband and I went to Delbar to celebrate his 27th birthday! For appetizers, we ordered the lamb ribs and hummus tahini. The lamb ribs were PHENOMENAL. I wish we had ordered two plates of it. I’m not normally a fan of lamb, but this changed my mind. It was tender and well seasoned and the sticky, pomegranate glaze was chef’s kiss. The hummus was fine, but not the best we’ve tried (probably due to the addition of the tahini which threw it off a little bit for us). This stylishly designed restaurant has a lively, upbeat atmosphere. Our server was excellent, attentive, and welcoming throughout the evening. The duck and salmon were both very good and nicely prepared. While I would have preferred the flavors to be a bit bolder, everyone at the table thoroughly enjoyed their meals.
