Joseph's Culinary Pub is a first class fine dining experience in Santa Fe, New Mexico. A creation of award winning chef, Joseph Wrede. We had a meal that was a variety of dishes from their extensive menu. We started with chicken liver mousse and a salad of pear spiced walnut, and manchego cheese. Next was the warm charred ratatouille and banana lamb curry with lemon turmeric rice and cherry chutney. The organic crispy chicken 'under a brick' and seared duck breast was the finale. Of course Rafa's tiramisu and butterscotch pudding with caramel sauce and sea salt gave a sweet note to our meal. E
