Our party of four had a wonderful dining experience at Restaurant Martin tonight. The food was creative and well presented, excellent flavors. The desserts were fantastic. Service was top notch. The vegetarian chef’s sampler was delicious and much appreciated. You could definitely feel the pride at this chef owned fine dining establishment.

I was so excited to eat here for Christmas Eve and it fell below my expectations. The food was good, but I think overpriced for what it was. Yes, everything was cooked perfectly and looked great, but just lacked creativity. I needed something to impress me. Exquisite dining in an ordinary looking (from the outside) low roofed adobe style house in Santa Fe. We were heartily welcomed by AJ the bartender- who was pleasant and since it was a slow night in February allowed us to choose the location of the table we wanted to dine in. Tucked in the well lit corner we got comfortable in the booth and we were immediately greeted by Angel, who made sure our water glasses never went dry, and was attentive to plate delivery and removal all night. I had heard glowing tales of Restaurant Martin for a long time and finally made reservations to eat there. I've eaten wonderful meals at exceptional restaurants and Restaurant Martin is my new benchmark for peak excellence. Parking can be a minor nuisance however, parking is available up front and around back. Upon entering; We were greeted immediately and took a tour of the restaurant. It's an unassuming, cozy, ~18 top restaurant and we got lucky to arrive at a slow point.
