I came to this place for a light dinner and was pleasantly surprised. The California burger is very, very tasty — juicy, well-balanced in flavor, and cooked just right. I also tried the wings, which were just as good. I really liked that the spicy sauce is served separately, so you can adjust the heat level exactly the way you prefer. The onion rings were also well done — crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, just the way they should be. Great little diner. Lots of selection on the menu for all tastes. My first time visiting and I tried the Santa Maria Tri-tip sandwich. The roll was grilled very crispy with lots of meat. Great wait til the next time I'm in the area and try something else from the menu.

Pappys is my go to breakfast spot but today I was disappointed. They didn't have any clean forks! Wth....I had to use a plastic fork. Remember to always pack a fork when you go to Pappys.
