First time eating in this place and we had a good experience with the food wow 😮 amazing . The smoked brisket were tender and juicy. The ribs were very tasty now the fries were crispy and delicious and they were freshly made . Mac and cheese yummy in our tummy juicy and soft and tasty, now let’s talk about the corn bread, it was hot, soft and it melted in your mouth and it has little pieces of corn inside wow it was delicious 🤤. Definitely when we pass through Savanna GA, most definitely will go back again to District Smokehouse for some tasty barbecue food.

Pros: the location is fantastic — right by the river, very lively, with a great atmosphere and covered seating in case of rain. The cocktails were also very nice and well made. Cons: we asked for something similar to a cheese plate, and we were recommended pork rinds. That was honestly a terrible recommendation. It was as far from a cheese plate as possible — literally deep-fried pork skin. Extremely unhealthy, very heavy, and not at all what we were asking for. We didn’t even touch it. I attached a picture because maybe some people enjoy it with beer, but it felt like the least suitable and

Very great experience today. Customer service was a 10/10. The food was very good. My husband order the beef brisket platter, he said it was tender and delicious. I ordered the pull pork platter it was very good as well. I'd highly recommend!

I had lunch here while staying at JW Marriott. Food was very good. I had the beef hotdog which had pulled beef on top which was delicious. Having a nice meal while sitting right next to the river while watching enormous cargo ships passing by was just a incredibly relaxing experience. I went on sunday so they were very busy so service was very slow but I can't complain when the place is packed and there is just so much serving staff can do. I would definitely come back to eat here if I'm ever back at staying at the hotel. I also tried the hot wings for take out to eat in my room and they we
