I’ve been coming here for years and have spent hundreds, if not thousands, of dollars. That’s why this stood out. I was served a drink that left me feeling physically unwell. When I brought it to their attention, I was told I should have known and could go home and deal with it myself. That response came from the owner. I was then told the combination will curdle, that the menu item is not encouraged to order , that I shouldn’t order something like that, and that staff have now been told not to make it for anyone. At the same time, that option still exists and was available to order. If so

Absolutely loved my visit to Coffee Cabin in Schererville! The coffee was fresh, rich, and made perfectly. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. You can tell they truly care about quality and making every customer feel welcome. Definitely one of the best coffee spots around — I’ll be coming back for sure!

I used to go when they were in Meijer in Merrillville service was always great and the drinks were great I even earned rewards points. I've been to the Schererville location a couple of times and it was the same great quality and service. Glad I signed up for text messages because I didn't know they had ice cream I'll be heading over there soon to grab some up 😂 Coming from someone who's not a coffee drinker that says a lot about their product and service.

WOULD RECOMMEND!!!love the cabin energy drinks, the sugar free raspberry + one pump blueberry is so freaking good!! i dont know the staffs names but all of them are very sweet and they should all get raises. #baristasolidarity
