This location near the base in Universal City TX is excellent. There's a green arrow turn for the left turn at Aviation Blvd with parking lot access by the drive thru. I had a large sweet tea and chopped beef sandwich for less than $5. AWESOME. TY❣️

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant as far as getting the food to go. I’ve never had food like this before. My lunch has never appeared this way and has never been this color Bill Miller’s. I’m disappointed in you that you would provide and present food to paying customers that is like this please do better.

2.25 for half a portion of hashbrowns hopefully the tacos are better! I dont know why this is the only bill millers that does not serve the proper portion of food. Do better people work hard for their money and you wouldnt be open without your customers

Awful customer service last night! Got to the drive-thru lane about 10 min before closing time with just 2 cars in front of me. I could not believe it took ALL 10 min to get to the front of the line! I feel like it was done on purpose too. The lights were shut off just as I was giving my order. I let the cashier know there were 2 more cars behind me and she replied: "So sorry, but we're closed already so we're not going to be able to take care of them." I replied: "Are you really serious? We got here over 10 minutes ago and it took you all this time just to take our order. The least y'all
