Went through the drive-thru and had a bad experience. I had just arrived and already placed most of my order quickly. I paused for literally a second or two to decide if I wanted to add something, and the employee (Eduardo) told me to “hurry up” because there was a line. Completely unprofessional. I was there for about a minute total and wasn’t taking long at all. Because of that, I felt rushed and ended up ordering something I didn’t even want. No apology at the window either. Definitely not the kind of service you expect.

Arrived and the person taking my order had an attitude. Absolutely refused to make a cup of coffee. Ridiculous to refuse customers what is on the menu. Used to be a frequent customer, not after this nonsense.

Food was ok, place was mostly empty though. Staff dealt with a complex requirement of plain and without elements of the burgers. Could do with a touch screen ordering point though.
