I waited over 40 minutes for 2 basic beef chalupas. Nothing special. Just beef chalupas. My entire family ate and cleaned up their meal and I was STILL waiting for these chalupas. These cooks in the back acted like I was in the wrong for asking for my food 40 minutes later. Had an attitude with me and my children because I was STILL waiting. On top of that, my family’s order took far longer than necessary. 15 minutes for basic combos is a little much. The garbage cans in the dining area were all stuffed full. If I could give 0 I would. Every time I order delivery, I mark to add 15 sauce of my preferred sauce and they only ever send 2-3. I usually order about 25 dollars worth of food for me and my family. When I call to ask them to add more to the delivery they almost ALWAYS send 0 or 1-2-3 sauces. It’s almost deliberate at this point and I’m getting fed up with it.

5 stars for Sherman!!! It was late, I had a lady emergency in the drive thru and he was kind enough to let me use the restroom even if he got in trouble for it. Faith in humanity restored. I get it's fast food, but he was kind and showed he cared and that means far more than quality of food. Hope my son turns out as kind. Good job Sherman!! 👏
