Had lunch there yesterday. Food was good but the service was even better. Warmly welcomed by Sharella (sp) who made sure we had everything we needed. Food was delivered by Michael. Who never stops smiling and making sure u have what u ordered. Every business needs a Michael who puts a smile on ur face. Very pleasant experience.

Great Mac and cheese, plenty of parking. Huge line but it moves fast. Clean restrooms. Floral arrangements on the tables. Really friendly and helpful ; loved Michael. He had a great attitude and was happy to be at work.

Customer service is cooked everywhere. And you know it’s especially bad when you get bad customer service at chick fil a. I blame genZ —the new wave of baristas, servers and managers who lack basic customer service and hospitality skills. They don’t know how to apologize or satisfying customers. Find employment elsewhere and stop ruining the customer service industry.

Hello, it was my first time in this Chic fil a in Seekonk. Upon entering the restaurant Miss Sherrelle made me feel so welcomed like we were friends forever. She is a Gem of an employee and an amazing woman. I’ve been to a few other locations and all people are nice but Sherrelle just had a way of making me feel like family. My Cob Salad was outstanding fresh ingredients and tasty too. I hope you folks at the restaurant realize how wonderful Sherrelle was. Please let her know from me Thank you Mike
