“The food, service and atmosphere were all amazing!”

1 star. Went to McDonald’s in Seguin this morning for breakfast and the experience completely ruined my appetite. I ordered a sausage McGriddle and a strawberry & cream pie. Somehow they heard “strawberry jelly” instead of pie, never confirmed the order, and never told me they didn’t even have pies available. I drove almost all the way home before realizing the order was wrong and had to waste time and gas driving all the way back. Placed my order on McDonald's app for curbside. Arrived 10 minutes after placing my order. Upon arrival I wasnt as frustrated. As I watched 10 different cars pass through the drive thru, I started to get irritated. Then after 5 more cars pass through the drive thru, I finally get my order. I only ordered a large French fry. Not sure what could have possibly made my order take sooooo long. I place the order next to me in the passenger seat to go home and enjoy my salty craving. I really don't understand how this place is still open; the customer service is terrible, and I had to wait over 15 minutes just to place my order. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened— my order wasn't ready until 40 minutes later.

Although most kiosk are not operational, I was able to order quickly and receive my order swiftly after. My son dropped his egg from his McGriddle on the floor and Chelsea replaced it with a fresh one, free of charge even after I offered to pay for it. She was also delivering dine in orders to other customers in a timely manner. Great customer service skills! Will most likely return again! Thank you!
