After 4 sold out locations Dunkin’ Donuts , May 22 bucket promotion finally let my fingers do the walking called the Dunkin’ Donuts on Snow Road offered to pay for the bucket was told they could not do that… The manager actually called me back and told me they would hold it for me till I got there… He actually met me at the drive-through window and personally handed me the bucket. Today is my daughter’s high school finals she’ll be so excited. That was so sweet. Awesome customer service buckets adorable and drink. Taste amazing.

Terrible customer service. If you're ordering something through the drive-thru they act like you're bothering them and once you get to the window, They barely acknowledge you. They're too busy laughing and joking with their friends to even say hello or here you go when they're handing you stuff. They just hand you your stuff without even looking at you because they're too busy talking with their friends. Will not be back here. And the price of the food is to astronomical compared to the other dunkins.

I asked for a cup of ice for my bottle water, and they charged me for it, It's 95° outside you think maybe a rewards member could receive ice on a extra hot day without an additional cost. I even asked at the window. If I use my Dunking thermos, if she could put the ice in it, and she said, "Nope, No sorry." I ordered a latte that's the only thing that was right. I ordered hashbrown, and I don't know how many are normally in it an order, but this looks like less! I frequent Dunkin Donuts all over the place. This was not a good experience! If I could give less than one star, I would!

This place has higher prices than any other Dunkin in the area, also when you check out cashier will show you a sign that says gratitude is appreciated, pin pad for cc also has tips on it, never coming here again
