Stop by for lunch late last week and ordered a two piece with two sides and a drink. Chicken was hot and fresh, the sides were great, and for the most part the restaurant was clean. I would return again to this location versus other ones in the South Metro area.

I ordered a famous bowl thru the drive thru. I wasn't told there'd be a wait until after I paid. I was told it would be a "short wait" I said that was fine. It actually took 14 minutes before I got my food.At that point, I just wanted to get OUT OF THERE and get home.While I was given a quick apology, nothing else was done! No compensation was offered - not even a side item or a pop. That's Unacceptable Customer Service! When You, KFC, royally mess up - you need to make an effort to make things right!! I must say that I was very apprehenive about ordering from this KFC because I had read other reviews that made me worry. Boy am I glad that the box special made me take a chance anyway. I ordered delivery and all pieces of chicken were cooked perfectly and were golden brown as were the biscuits. The corn, mash potatoes and gravy and lemonade didn't let us down either. Great job crew at Shakopee KFC!
