I purchased a coffee and donut. The coffee was good, but my first donut was stale compared to other donuts I've had recently. I would've gave them a better service rating until I went back to show them the stale donut to request a new one and both employees seemed to take it personal that I wasn't satisfied with the quality of the donut. Both telling me the donuts come in every morning and implying there is no way it can be stale. This is the second time that I have ordered from this location. The first time the service was terrible. No greeting, no acknowledgement. These ladies at the counter were very dismissive, and passive aggressive. I thought they were having a bad day or something . So, I have decided to give them a try again. The second time, it was just only one of the ladies behind the counter, and she was not friendly at all. With a disgust on her face, she took my order. No smile, no enthusiasm. The absolutely worst service you could experience. I really wish i could give zero stars, this location needs to be shut down and completely re-employed. The workers are so mean and seem like such terrible people to be around. I will never return here, i will go out of my way to go to a different location before i give them my money. I even told the drive thru employee that he shouldn’t be so mean and a friend of mine went about a month later and had the same experience. Such a disgrace.

Ordered on the app. Ordered an ice coffee with almond milk and 3 pumps caramel and 1 pump sugar. Had to end up putting in a complaint because it most definitely wasn’t the coffee i ordered. It tasted like banana. Went and got it fixed but I’m severely lactose intolerant. Had to call out of work cause I can’t leave the bathroom now.(so I’m pretty sure whatever coffee they gave me that I took a sip of had dairy) It’s the closest dunkin to me but I’d rather take a drive just so I get what I ask for.
