I've had some trouble here with some of the staff. Generally, the attitude is you can get it made your way at most fast food restaurants. However, this location has a tendency or at least some of the staff members to argue and to call you out saying that no, you can't have onion rings on your sandwich which is ridiculous because they sell onion rings to be put on sandwiches. Yet when I ask for some reason I am told that I am being ridiculous and that is absurd and that there's no way that I'm going to yet when asked to talk to a manager manager says of course not quite sure what the story is y

I ordered the large french fries and loaded tiny tacos with extra lettuce. You can see on my receipt that it was clearly marked loaded tiny tacos extra lettuce. I did receive the tiny tacos but they were absolutely not loaded they had nothing on them at all. And ordering online doesn't allow you to request ketchup with your fries! So I had no sauce of any kind for my French fries or my tacos. Who doesn't want ketchup with french fries?!?! I reached out to the company 2 times and nobody responded until I put up this review.

May 2 5:22 Am the person who is attending in the Drive thru hiso discriminatory treatment of my person the truth is I do not recommend this place unless you like to be treated as a miserable being I kindly told him that he came to pick up an order from uber and I was well exalted I think maybe he is upset about his work but I think we are not deserving of a treatment de This way, he left the exact time for his bosses to look at who the person was at the time attending.

I liked Jack in the box , but this location was horrible. After I used their service I stopped to eat Jack in the box. The lady was very careless. She even didn't know what I ordered it and gave me wrong pocket.
