They do a good job at this location near the Silver Spring Metro Station. Orders are prepared correctly and quickly. The staff is very pleasant and the store is reasonable clean. I've ordered from here many times.

I’m really disappointed with the matcha I received today. I clearly asked multiple times for 3 pumps of brown sugar syrup, but my drink was still made with only 2. On top of that, it felt like the drink was rushed it was made in just a few seconds, and the quality really shows. I’ve ordered matcha from Dunkin’ many times before and never had this issue, so this experience was frustrating. Please make sure staff are properly trained to follow customer requests and maintain consistency in drink quality.

I ordered a the new oreo coffee chiller and they gave me this. The lady acted like she didn’t know it wasn’t on the menu. Never returning again.

Just got my order delivered and they made a caramel macchiato with no coffee. I told them it was wrong. The guy who answered the phone claimed he was just getting there and if I hold he would look into it. And if I come in he would assist me. Not only did he not give me his name he hung up and refused to take my call back. This is not only inconvenient for me because I paid for something and didn’t get it but they handled it unprofessionally.
